Listing Description The State Agency on Standardization, Metrology and Patents has been established by the Decree No. 623 of December 27, 2001 of Azerbaijan Republic Prezident. Activity of the Agency is based on Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, Decrees and Orders of Azerbaijan Republic President, Resolutions and Orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic and International Agreements, to which Azerbaijan Republic is a party as well as on the Statute of the Agency.
